If possible, please save the XML file in the browser on this remote computer and send it also in email to
info@hdsentinel.com
Then I can check what happens if the gadget directly load that, to verify what can cause the problem.
As you may know, this remote access gadget is not really made by myself but made by kramttocs, brilliant developer, so we'll try to investigate the issue together, and the XML file would surely help in testing.
At the moment, it is not possible to exclude drive(s) from monitoring. You may any time hide that virtual drive from the main window (just right click on the list of drives in the upper left section), but the report/XML file contains information for that also.
Not sure, but it is possible that it caused the issue, if so, it will be fixed of course.
