Hello!
HDS version 5.40.0
RAID Controller: Adaptec 6805T
HDDs: Seagate SAS ST6000NM0034 and ST4000NM0034 models
After fresh boot HDS shows correctly temperatures and SMART info about SAS drives.
However, after a while (3-4 hours) when opened or refresh disk information:
all data from raid disks lost and dont show temperature anymore until i reboot the PC.
All other SATA drives still monitored ok.
Problem happens every time/day/reboot with portable or normal version.
Also tried different Adaptec drivers - same issue.
thank you!

Re: Adaptec 6805T + Seagate Drives issue
Sounds so interesting, never experienced similar with this or other Adaptec controller tested.
To investigate the situation, please
1) use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option when the status information is properly displayed
2) after some time, whent he status is missing, use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option again.
This way it is possible to examine the "raw" response of the RAID controller about the particular disks and check what can be wrong and how to improve the situation.
Generally the support of Adaptec controllers updated in 5.40 version. If you have the opportunity, I'd recommend to check version 5.30 too, just to verify if there is any difference. If so, you may use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option with 5.30 version too, so it is possible to compare.
These may give ideas, thoughts about what happened on your system and verify the possibilities.
