Yes, generally the health and status/statistics are unknown for most pendrives and memory cards. However, it is not a bug / limitation of Hard Disk Sentinel software: these storage devices do not provide self-monitoring (S.M.A.R.T.) infomation and thus health and temperature information.

In general, pendrives (except some special models like Kingston DataTraveler MAX, Apricorn ASK3 Secure key, Apricorn ASK3z Secure key, Sandisk Extreme, Corsair Voyager GTX, Patriot Supersonic Rage Prime, Team Group TC21231TBB01, Swissbit U-50n, U-56n series industrial pendrives), memory cards (except industrial micro SD cards), mobile phones, tablets, printers, cameras, ramdrives and other similar devices do not support S.M.A.R.T. information detection, that's why only limited information (device name, capacity and basic features) are available.
The mentioned special devices are fully supported and their status information could be detected and displayed by Hard Disk Sentinel: the status/health of those pendrives are automaticlaly displayed and for industrial SD cards, you may need to enable the detection as described at: How to: monitor (micro) SD card health and status

However, Disk menu -> Surface test functions can be used even on a such pendrive / SD memory card to verify and test the disk by read/write tests and use other features (for example Reinitialise disk surface or Refresh stored data). Please check the Help -> Hard Disk Tests -> Surface Test for more information.

Hard Disk Sentinel automatically displays all storage devices (like this one) to follow the disk drive(s) as they appear in Windows Disk Management window. If you prefer to hide any disk drive, please right click on the upper left area where the list of disk drives listed and un-select the disk drive (for example pendrive, memory card) you prefer to be not shown.

Hopefully (for greater pressure) in the future more and more manufacturers will make pendrives, memory cards where we can monitor the S.M.A.R.T. status of the disk drive/device.
