Why I do not see the status of NVMe SSD under Windows 7?

I can confirm that it is not a bug/limitation of Hard Disk Sentinel software and not really related to the NVMe SSD itself.

Generally there should be no problems with such PCIe NVMe SSDs: the latest Hard Disk Sentinel version should be able to access complete status information of course. But to make things working, it is required that the operating system and the driver of the NVMe SSD should properly provide the complete status information.

As displayed on the Information page, the SSD is likely managed by the Standard NVMe controller driver. Generally this driver under Windows 7 has limited support for the NVMe SSDs: the status can't be detected at all.

The status detection would automatically work under Windows 10 for the same SSD. For some models (Intel, Samsung, Plextor, etc.) there are specific NVMe drivers for Windows 7.
Please consult with the manufacturer, hopefully they may provide a specific driver for their NVMe SSD to be used with Windows 7 - as then status detection should immediately work.

Alternatively, you may try the following (only after a backup and/or creating a system restore point, just to be 100% sure):

Install Intel RST driver 15.7  for the NVMe SSD. This driver can work generally with any NVMe SSD. You can find this driver at Support -> Driver Zone page ( https://www.hdsentinel.com/driverzone.php ) or directly at https://www.hdsentinel.com/driver/intel-rst-15.7-f6flpy-x64.zip

To install it, please

1) download the above file and extract to a new, empty folder, for example C:\IntelNVMe

2) you'd need to open Windows Device Management and locate the above mentioned "Standard NVMe Controller". It is likely in the "Storage controllers" group. Do not attempt to install for the NVMe SSD itself - but look for the NVMe Controller.

3) right click on the "Standard NVMe Controller" and select the Update driver option.

4) select "Browse my computer for driver software".
Do NOT attempt the "search automatically.." option as it never works.

5) select "Let me pick from a list ...." and then in select "Have disk" button.
By using the Browse button, you can select the folder, where you extracted the above driver package: C:\IntelNVMe

Soon the installation of the driver will occur - and after restart, the new driver should manage the NVMe SSD - and then Hard Disk Sentinel will show the complete status information.
