PIO in RAID?

I received this message when first starting HD Sentinel as my HDD access seemed a bit lagging with stalling on file decompression starting today:
"The hard disk is operating in PIO mode which reduces performance. It is recommended to check and replace data cable or modify the configuration.
The hard disk status is PERFECT. Problematic or weak sectors were not found and there are no spin up or data transfer errors."
I am not sure what to do, as I am running 2 seagate 320GB drives on RAID0 on a JMicron JMB36X raid controller with latest win7 64bit drivers. Drive temp is 40 degrees. Is PIO mode even allowed in RAID? Health turned out 100%. not sure if my hdd's are going, or my cable needs replacement. Any ideas?
