Hard Disk Monitoring

I have moved from WHSv1 to WS2012e as outlined by microsoft. I am wondering if there is a version or licensing option that I have to consider because of this move? I use my server solely for Personal use.

I can confirm that there is no special requirement in licensing of Hard Disk Sentinel in this or similar case: you can continue using your existing license on the new system (after it is removed from the old system or if that simply no longer used, no longer available).

The easiest way is to use Configuration -> Update -> Backup configuration to save everything (registration details, statistics, logs, settings) to single file and Configuration -> Update -> Restore configuration on the new system.
This may be useful especially if you want to continue using some hard disks/SSDs in the new system and want to have their statistics, logs.
