Re: registration key not received
Thanks for your message and excuse me for the troubles, maybe the e-mail from Share-it lost somehow.
I already sent all details in e-mail, but to make 100% sure, I'm sending in private message as well.
(for security purposes I removed the order number you sent).

Re: registration key not received
I know this might sound a bit silly and maybe even old fashioned, but this is the first time I've ever used any kind of board... I would like to ask a couple of questions if I may, first of all how does one go about purchasing a copy of Hard Disk Sentinel? Secondly, I think I would like to own the DOS ver, am I incorrect in my thoughts on this? Look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi,
Thanks for your message. I'd recommend to first determine which version would suit your needs.
If you have a networked system with more systems, the Enterprise version would be the best.
If you just prefer to have all functions, including alerts on problems, detailed error-reporting, all kind of hard disk tests to reveal and repair problems, scheduled/on-problem backup options and so? Then I'd recommend to select Hard Disk Sentinel Professional.
If you have more computers in your home, office and/or at your family members - and you prefer to have a pendrive with Hard Disk Sentinel Professional Portable to diagnose other computers without installing Hard Disk Sentinel (in addition to protecting your systems), you may select Hard Disk Sentinel Professional Family license - which can be used on up to 5 computers (or from this 5 licenses, you can create pendrives with the Portable version).
If you prefer only smaller but economic data protection (with less features but alerts and basic hard disk tests), you may use the Hard Disk Sentinel standard version.
You may use the http://www.hdsentinel.com/store.php page to compare the differences and use the appropriate "Buy now" buttons (the Professional Family is on the top, the others are below the product feature comparison table).
If you do not yet have, I'd recommend to download and install the Trial version first: http://www.harddisksentinel.com/hdsenti ... _setup.zip
(which is generally the un-registered Professional version) and you may use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option. This way it is possible to check the actual situation and advise about it and select which version would meet your requirements.
The DOS version ( http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_sentinel_dos.php ) is generally free to use: you can download it in different versions, for example
- simple DOS executable
- bootable CD ISO
- Windows tool to create a bootable pendrive
with it.
