chkdsk /f /r problems after installing HDsentinel

I love this software as being a computer engineer its a really quick and accurate way of examining customers hard drives, however i have noticed that after installing the windows version of HDsentinel it quite often stops chkdsk from running giving an "access denied" error. If i uninstall HDsentinel chkdsk /f and chkdsk /r then run fine so i'm sure its the HDsentinel software thats doing it.
The only other problem i have found is that the windows version doesnt recognise intel RAID chipsets and so wont diagnose their health status, however if i run the DOS boot CD it see's the drive's fine.
Your's truly,
John

Hi,

Thanks for your message.

However, I can make sure that HDSentinel does not prevent CHKDSK /F or /R from running.
It should run without problems both on internal and external (removable) disks.
Can you please let me know some details, for example OS you use?
