Saved data does not match drive

I have partially tested two different drives!
Part way through the tests, I had to save the data and stop the tests.
I had hoped to resume both tests at later times.

The programme did not accept the data as belonging to the drives!
No! I didn’t get them mixed up, I tried both files against each drive.

This is a severe limitation. When can you fix this bug, please?

Thanks for your message and sorry for the problems.
Excuse me, but I do not really understand the situation, what data "mixed up" and what did you save and re-load.

I can confirm that there should be no limitation / bug there.

You can any time re-start the test at specific postiion this way:

- select Disk -> Surface test
- select the appropriate hard disk and Reinitialise disk surface option
- before starting the test, select the Configuration tab and enable "Limit testing to specific data blocks" and specify First block: this way the test will start at specific block, instead of the beginning of the hard disk. For example, if you prefer to start from 12% of the complete surface (previously test stopped at that point), then you may consider starting at block 1200 from the total 10000

So there is no need to "re-load" anything, just specify starting position of the test to continue from the specified block.
