2 of 3 arrays on one RAID controller not showing in HDS

We have a machine with WS2012 on it and 3 arrays on a 3Ware 9690 SAS controller:

array1-mirror
array2-mirror
array3-single disk

array1 shows up in HDS, but array2 and array3 do not (and I cant tick them in HDS config because they are not in there either)

how do I get these 2 other arrays to show up in HDS?

Please use Report -> Send test report to developer option (possibly with the latest version of Hard Disk Sentinel) as it helps to check the status.
