Computer clock incorrect

Hi,
On all my PCs, i use the option Syncronize computer clock when the appl is started & At...
In the last days on two PCs i see the computer clock incorrect.

Some others users as notice about that ?

OF COURSE, I CAN'T SAY THAT THIS ISSUE IS ABOUT HDS !!

Hi Evvivame,

I did not receive such or similar reports but this may be related to the current geographical location.
HDSentinel tries to connect to pool.ntp.org to get the valid and current time. That server may forward the query to an other server (depending on the actual location) to have the correct time.
HDSentinel has no control about the time provided by these servers, but of course checks if the time seems valid to prevent really bad values to be configured ;)

Hopefully on the next sync, HDSentinel will get the correct time from the server!

Will it damage anything if you do an overclock?

Overclocking may cause data transfer / synchronization issues between the hard disk (SSD) and the computer. This may reduce performance and reliability of the overall system. Hard Disk Sentinel shows warning if it finds problems between the communication which may cause problems.
