Can't get help to display via F1 or clicking the help button on the dialogs. I can manually load the .chm file though.

This is weird. Both methods (F1 and from the menu) should open the help without problems.
Of course HDSentinel just opens the file exactly as you manually open it.

Can you please use Report -> Send test report to developer option? Just to check the current OS / service pack and verify the situation as I'd need to re-produce to confirm that it is a bug of the software.

I'll try it on a few other systems first. Just wanted to make sure it should be working.

I did some testing and see no issues on any systems. Of course it should work on your system as well.
