Health down to 88% after lots of Windows log

When run DOS version of HDSentinel and even portable Windows version on WinPE it still shows 100%, but when run on Windows it just says
Recently the following entries added to System Event Log:
1206 warnings, most recent: Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued. (storahci; ID: 129)
The following function can be used to improve the situation: Disk -> Surface Test -> Disk repair
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if the health drops further.
It is recommended to continuously monitor the hard disk status.
The problem is in the log. After clearing the log, it works, but why? My drive is SATA, not RAID.

Yes, what you see is completely normal and expected.
(your post moved to the proper forum, as there is absolutely no bug/problem or so, everything works as designed and should).
Generally if you enable the option at Configuration -> Advanced options -> Monitor Windows Event Log for problems related to disks and storage, then Hard Disk Sentinel (as should) monitor if the current running Windows detects/reports any error in the Windows event log related to the actual storage device. These errors may indicate problems with the disk drive itself - or only with the current chipset, controller, driver, cable, etc (so generally the storage system).
If such event(s) detected, then the text description shows them - and (exactly to increase attention) Hard Disk Sentinel shows decreased Health % value, so (for example) an alert on low Health % could be triggered/issued.

As these problems are not errors recorded/reported by the actual physical disk drive, it is normal and expected that if you run Hard Disk Sentinel outside the current running Windows system (where Windows itself recorded the errors) we can't see these: this is why Hard Disk Sentinel DOS and the Windows version running from a completely different Windows (WinPE) would NOT know these.
Clearing the Windows Log does not make any change: Hard Disk Sentinel keeps these recorded until the status will become stable: if there are no new problems recorded by Windows, then these issues will automatically "fade" (go out) from the text description and the Health % will automatically improve back to the normal level with time (usually after some weeks of stable, error free operation).
If you prefer to make this "faster", you can follow what is recommended in the text description:

This test performs a complete scan and if it finds no errors, then it will automatically remove the errors Hard Disk Sentinel captured from the Windows logs. Then the errors will be no longer reported in the text description and the Health % will improve back (to 100%). The graph on the bottom still shows the low value today (as it shows the daily lowest Health %) but from next day, it will jump back too.

Yes of course. But the chipset driver may still name as "Raidport" even if there is no RAID configuration. If you checked the original Windows Event Log, you may noticed that. I'd recommend to ask the vendor of the chipset driver (or Microsoft?) about the reason of this name....
