Dark mode support

Is there a way to a better dark mode support in windowd 10 and higher ?

I have a severe eyesight condition, glaucoma : blinded by white background and loss of sensibility to shades that prevents me from reading usual windows.

I use dark mode alongside Stardock Windowblinds theming software, allowing to solve some of the white background hardcoded parts of the UI but htis combination has downsides at times, like in HDSentinel, really dark grey text on black background...
