Is there anyway I can use wipe disk feature so that I can dispose my HDDs?

It's not very important but what do I do to wipe disk so that files are not recoverable?
The following functions are available and can (should) be used to destroy data permanently:
Disk menu -> Surface test -> Write test
(fastest possible, single pass complete overwrite)
Disk menu -> Surface test -> Reinitialise Disk Surface
(more secure: performs multiple overwrite passes with clear + verification: industry / government standard data destruction)
These remove all user files, unused sectors (eg. if they may previously contain data), partition table, file system descriptors, unpartitioned / unknown / foreign partitions (eg. Linux / MAC partitions too).
Available on all storage devices (hard disks, SSDs, pendrives, flash storage, etc.)
