How do I get the hard disk health log in a txt/html?

Hi!
So my SSD, while working, has started dropping health very quickly (it drops 1% every month with very light use) and I want to send the manufacturer the proof of this. I tried exporting a log but the info isn't there.
This is what I mean, I'd like to export the following as a graph that the other person can read.

Hi!
No, I'm afraid currently it is not possible to export of the Health % change in txt/HTML format.
But this may be a good addition, so probably will be available in a later version, thanks for the tip.
I can confirm that generally the Health % decrease is completely normal and expected behaviour on SSDs: even during normal use, the Health slowly but surely decreases due wearout of memory cells. Yes, mostly the amount of written data triggers that - but (as in your case it seems not too high) other factors can affect this. The SSD internally calculates and provides a generic health level of the memory cells, this is what you can see in Hard Disk Sentinel, as described at

Anyway, I'd be also curious about the response of the manufacturer, personally I agree that a 2 TB SSD should not show 10% wearout because of 6.83 TB data write.
Can you please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option? I'd be happy to check the complete status of the SSD, may give some thoughts about what could cause the relatively high wear.

I have sent you the report.
This is what the Netac support have said so far after sending them the log:
Hi,
1. It looks OK from the LOG information.
2. Speed test should be carried out in the case of empty disk; As shown in the figure
3. We notice that the Hardware ECC Recovered value is large, and we can rule out whether it is caused by SATA interface.
I think it would be helpful to send them the history of the drive's health as it can provide them more information.
