Raw read data rate

Hi everyone,
I have Toshiba PC P300 HDWD240 4TB drive which has 25 hours power on time. I bought it last autumn.
It has Raw read data rate failure.

Disk works nice, i did a raw image of it without a problem. Should i return this drive?
