Hello i bought new Laptop 4 months ago and by that time the health was 90% but today suddenly when i checked it had increased to 89%
Would you please help me understand what is the issue here and if anything can be done about this ?

as they all explain that it is completely normal and expected that the Health % of the SSD slowly but surely decreases.
On the image you can verify that over 31 TBytes of data already written on your SSD - causing this wear level.
This helps to check the situation, try to minimise the amount of written data to slow down this degradation or (in worst case) prepare for planned replacement when the Health % of the SSD is too low, before data corruption / data loss.
