why do I keep getting alerted to register

I've paid for a subscription and I've registered.

I have an image of the credit card charge but I don't know how to upload it. I clicked img and it gives me [img][img] but where to I tell it to upload the image? Every other forum I visit give a dialog for uploading and image. I acknowledge that Hard Disk Monitoring forum is totally free to design their forum as they please, but what is the rationale for making it difficult for a user to upload an image. So I'm unable to show you proof that I've paid. Coluld you possibly take my word for that?

The page on which I'm getting the unregistered message give the option to buy. But I've already bought. I'm not interested in paying twice.

To summarize:
I've paid for and registered the product.
I'm getting a message that requires me to buy and pay again.
I can't use the product that I've paid for.

What does Hard Disk Sentinel suggest that I do? Can I get my money back?

Sorry for the possible troubles. If you ordered the license, then you probably received a 15 digit license code which can be used to register and activate the software, to unlock all functions/features.
Once completed, then Hard Disk Sentinel will never ask for registration/activation again (until a complete reinstallation) and all functions are available.

Not sure, but probably you did not complete the registration/activation.

Here I'm sending the details about how to register and activate Hard Disk Sentinel Professional (you may received the details during the order too):

To use the latest possible licensed version, please download Hard Disk Sentinel Professional version from the Download page ( https://www.hdsentinel.com/download.php )
or directly from https://www.harddisksentinel.com/hdsent ... _setup.zip
(this link always point the latest version).

After installation, to register and activate your product, please click on "Help" and select "Enter registration key" in Hard Disk Sentinel Pro.

Please enter your name (or nickname) as username (you can use any name, it does not matter) and the 15 digit license code you received and click on the "Register and activate on-line" button. Then the software should be registered and activated and can be used without limitations.
Make sure that the software need to access the activation server during the activation, so your firewall should not block it.

If the online activation is not possible, then you can use the "Register and activate by e-mail" button to create an un-activated key file (HDSentinel.hds) to the folder of the software. Please send that - and I can activate with your license code and send back the activated file.


If you miss the Register and activate on-line button then the software not registered and will keep asking for the license code. So make sure to use the Register and activate on-line button.

If you send a mail with your license code (or order number) to info (at) hdsentinel (dot) com address, I can check/assist specifically.
