hdsentinel Linux ver 18c working perfectly in some Syno NASes (all Intel based CPUs)
NAS + AMD based CPU with ver 19c has a problem detecting all SATA and USB drives

Not sure if I understand correctly: do you see the status of the disks IF the -dev /..... option used to specify the devices?
Yes, I can confirm that by default only /dev/sdX and /dev/hdX (and NVMe SSDs) scanned automatically - because I found no reference about which other device(s) should be scanned.
It is possible to extend the scan to /dev/sataX and /dev/sgX too.
