Logical drive information missing from one disk

Well, I just hope that I'm not missing something obvious again, but I accidentally noticed today that HDS omits Logical drive information from one drive in the HTML report.

Usually the Logical drive information is displayed in the Hard Disk Summary section showing the drive letter and volume label. However one disk seems to lack this information in the report.

Any ideas what I should check?

HDS version is 3.70.16. PRO

Can you use Report -> Send test report to developer function?
That way I can check what information seems missing.
Can you check if the information is missing from TXT report also or just from HTML?
Not sure, but maybe the volume label (eg. one or more special characters) of the logical drive can cause problems.

Can you please tell me if the affected drive is a removable one (eg. USB / eSATA) which is just connected?
Or was it present when HDSentinel started?

Sorry for the issue, hopefully from the report we'll see what happened.

Hi,

Test report sent. The information was missing from TXT report also. The volume name is BACKUP and drive letter is B. The disk is an internal SATA disk and has always been connected.

If there is some other information that could help you in finding the reason for this phenomenon, I'll be glad to provide it.

Hi,

Thanks, now i see.

I can confirm that only logical drives from C: are listed (A: and B: are not as they usually refer to floppy drives).
Will check and modify this behaviour to list these drives if they are related to hard disks.
