Thanks for your message and the image - and sorry for the possible confusion.
Yes, this is possible: this SSD works differently than previous Crucial models and you check with a version which released before the SSD. In such cases,
yes, it is possible that the version is not yet compatible.
Background: previous Crucial models shows percentage of lifetime USED and count up. This model shows percentage REMAINING and counts down.
As you may see immediately on
www.hdsentinel.com , there is a newer version 5.30.3 available which recommended for "ADATA NVMe, Kingston SUV500, Crucial BX500" SSD models.
So please install the latest version 5.30.3, as this (and 5.30.2) has fix for Crucial BX series. See:
https://www.hdsentinel.com/beta5/hdsent ... vision.txt
" added support of Crucial BX500 series SSDs: display health and status information correctly"
So please install
www.hdsentinel.com/beta5/hdsentinel_pro ... 3-rdsx.zip
as everything should be fine with it. This new version should display 100% health.
The graph on the bottom will show the low value today (as it shows the daily lowest value) but from tomorrow, it should also increase back.
To use this version, please just completely close the current version by File -> Exit and (without uninstallation) install this version
to the same folder, where the previous installed. This way the new version will automatically use all statistics, settings.
