No Data For Offline Disks

I am using 3.60. This version should be able to show the data for the offline disks. For this the software writes DAT files. Janos told me that this happens about every 5 minutes. But for my online disks this happens about every 2 hours and so far I never got any DAT file for any not always online disk. They are not online all the time - otherwise they would not be offline disks. We had some Emails but I never got an answer why it does not happen every 5 minutes. So for me this feature is useless and does not work.

Version 3.60 is very old version, released 7 years ago....
Since that, there are lots of changes happened, for example (but not limited to) the "Open status of offline disks" function: it modified, extended, fixed and improved. This happened in general and there were also specific changes for many different disk types/connections.

Yes, this contains the status information / statistics of each drives.

5 minutes is the default detection frequency: hard disks accessed once per every 5 minutes by default. This can be adjusted on Configuration -> Advanced options to define how often the software should detect updated information. This may affect the update frequency of these files too.
The files may be not always updated, just when required, so they may be updates less frequently. This is normal.

Disks which are not online (so there are no updates) do not have new / updated status files ....

When these disks come back online for enough time to perform status detection, then they should have updated files of course, but this may require longer "online" time.

I can confirm that recently I did not receive mail(s) about this issue from you. Not sure, but maybe your mail lost (?)
If possible please re-send it, so I can check and help.
To minimise writes, the files not always updated at every 5 minutes, but this is normal and designed to work this way.
You may try to adjust the detection frequency - as then Hard Disk Sentinel may detect status more frequently and update the DAT files too.
But first of all, please use the automatic update from File menu to get the latest version, as version 3.60 is really too old to be used.
