Hi,
Thanks for your message and excuse me for the possible troubles.
Generally with updated Intel RST drivers (if I'm correct, maybe the driver updated recently?), there are some issues: as you can see, the RAID controller driver does not provide complete details when Hard Disk Sentinel attempts to detect the complete configuration (arrays, their members and their status). The result is yes, sometimes partial information can be detected only.
Currently researching the situation and working on extending the detection in this case, so if you have some time, please check this version (designed _exactly_ for such situation. This is not the same as 5.01.11 public version:
https://www.hdsentinel.com/beta5/hdsent ... 50111c.zip
as it is possible that things will be better immediately as it already has some updates for the problematic Intel RST driver.
The best would be if you can
1) install this updated version in the folder where the previous installed (without uninstallation, so it will automatically use settings, statistics, etc), but when the installation completes, DO NOT launch the software.
2) delete the previously saved RAID.TXT, testmode.txt in the folder of the software (if present)
3) then you'd need to start HDSentinel.exe with some command line parameters, to create text files to save the communication between the drives / devices and Hard Disk Sentinel itself. For this, please open an elevated command prompt by starting CMD.EXE and select "Run as administrator".
Then navigate to the folder of the software by entering
CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Hard Disk Sentinel"
(if it's installed in that folder - or enter to the appropriate folder) and then enter
HDSentinel.exe /ENABLETEST /REPORT /RAID
This should create some text files: a testmode.txt, RAID.TXT and a HDSentinel_5.01.11c_PRO_report.txt into the folder of Hard Disk Sentinel.
Please send these in all cases: these may confirm if things are better - but if things are still not perfect, they can help to examine what can be wrong and how to investigate further.
Sorry for the troubles, hopefully with the files, it is possible to find out what is wrong on your system and how to get the missing details.
