It never triggers. Sunday 3am EDT just passed. Nothing happens.
What am I missing?

Of course, this does not start at 3.am because it is not configured to work that way.
Please note that you selected "Repetitive". It means that the project runs repetitive per the defined schedule, for example once per every 3 hours in this case (as you configured 3 hours).
This is NOT to run at 3.am.
If you prefer to run at 3.am , then you need to configure "Fix time". Then the project will start at "Fix time" 3.am.
And if you select "Can run later", it can run later at the first available time, for example if your computer was OFF at 3.am.
