Thanks for your message and the images.
Yes, I see the hard disk status is not perfect, the drive has problems as reported by the software.
I recommend to click on the "?" button next to the text description area of the software, which describes the meaning of this situation (the bad sectors).
In general, you do not need to worry about those bad sectors as these are already fixed by the hard disk: now the disk uses the spare area instead of these bad sectors, all read and write operations are using the spare area. This is called "reallocation".
So even if the hard disk report these bad sectors, it may still be used - if we confirm that all such problems fixed.
The problem is that when the number of bad sectors are relatively higher, there is high risk that there will be more such bad sectors reported from time to time, so their number will increase. This may risk data loss and cause system instability - or "just" system slowness, hardly accessible files/folders (which you may encountered)..
So having high number of reallocated sectors can be risky.
I recommend to read the proper sections of the Frequently Asked Questions page:
http://www.hdsentinel.com/faq.php#health
http://www.hdsentinel.com/faq.php#tests
These describe the recommended steps to analyse the hard disks, reveal and fix any possible issues because the most important is to verify if the drive is stable (there are no more, currently hidden problems).
If the tests show no errors (which means the hard disk is now stable, all possible bad sectors are already re-allocated and fixed this way), it is possible to acknowledge the reported problems and remove them from the text description, to improve the health of the hard disk drive back - as then Hard Disk Sentinel will only report future issues (if there will be).
This is described at http://www.hdsentinel.com/faq_repair_ha ... _drive.php
Personally I'd perform backup and with the tests, verify the status: to
- reveal any further problems (if there is)
or
- confirm that the hard disk status is stable, there are no damaged / inaccessible areas on the disk surface. If this is true, we can safely acknowledge the reported problems and restore the hard disk health to 100% - so then Hard Disk Sentinel will report only possible new problems.
If you prefer, you can use Report -> Send test report to developer option any time (for example if you see new problems, decreased health), so it is possible to check the actual situation, difference and may advise.
