no bad sectors but:
health 80%, 65535 errors occured during data transfer!
is it bad? i just bought it used, from someone else. maybe he had problems with his computer!
can i raise back that health to 100%?
im doing now a long surface read test. 45% no bad sectors.

Re: health 80%, 65535 errors occured during data transfer!
Yes: it is not related to the surface area, so it is completely expected that there are no bad sectors (otherwise that would be reported by Hard Disk Sentinel )
In most cases, such data transfer errors are not too serious and they related to the data communication channel: connections, data and/or power cable.
Such issues can cause bad performance, data corruption and data loss - but usually when the hard disk is moved to a completely different environment (with better cables/connections and power source) the drive may operate correctly, even for long time.
The number 65535 seems interesting: the drive may experienced issues with the power source as well as the update/administration of the error counter could not be completed and resulted in an underflow condition.
Please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer opion, then I can check the actual hard disk model, firmware version and verify the situation, investigate what may happened.
See Support -> Knowledge base -> Hard disk cases -> Hard disk case: communication errors (directly at http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_cas ... _error.php ) for more details.
That page describes also how to restore the health - exactly as you do: after you use the tests in Hard Disk Sentinel, to confirm that the current status is stable, there are no new errors, problems and the hard disk is operating correctly (in this new system).
Just in the current situation, you may need to reset the error count for attribute 187 (not 199 as described on that page), by clicking on the 0 between the + and - in the offset column and entering -65535

but i forgot about the report. it said, it need e-mail to send to. ?
big tx.
is it normal 735 days was lefting. and since i corrected the errors. its now more than 1000 days?
also it's strange the number 65535, i already seen someone else have exactly same number errors.

oh i forgot to mention. when i turn on computer, this HD make a "failure like" sound at startup, just 1 time. after its ok.
i remember in the past. when my other HD stop working. that sound was repeating in loop. it was dead.
the sound is like a little hammer hit in this HD one i have now.
but it's 2 years half old. maybe its normal.

No problem - you can send the report any time (even after the counter reset).
It does not really need an e-mail configuration. Yes, you may enter an e-mail address if you prefer to receive answer after evaluation of the report, but you may enter xx@xx.xx or similar.
> is it normal 735 days was lefting. and since i corrected the errors. its now more than 1000 days?
The estimated remaining lifetime is calculated based on the total time the hard disk used (showed above the estimated remaining lifetime) and the health value. So if the health increases - the estimated remaining lifetime also increases.
Please check Help -> Appendix for more information about Power on time, Estimated remaining lifetime

Yes, as I tried to describe, it is an underflow condition, when the hard disk wanted to record the change of the error-counter.
Likely a problem related to a power loss during the update of the error counter.
