Hard Disk Monitoring

Small problem, not sure if you can reproduce.

I ran HDSentinelTray.exe for the first time under Limited User, then right-clicked it and selected "Only Show Highest Temperature". It tried to create "HDSentinel_tray.ini" in "Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Hard Disk Sentinel" but failed and gave an error that it could not find the path specified.

Manually creating the "Hard Disk Sentinel" folder in Roaming fixed the problem and allowed it to save its ini file.

I'm trying the reproduce the issue, verify the situation on different systems/OSes and improve to prevent further issues.
