Hi, I recently bought a new 2TB Hard Drive, and as you can see in the image it says there is problems with communication and the performance is 75% (where all my other drives are 100%). Should I be worried?
Thanks.

Please check Support -> Knowledge Base -> Hard Disk Cases -> Hard Disk Case: Communication Errors
(

Usually these problems do not cause troubles, but may reduce performance. In some rare situations (usually with older chipsets / hard disk controllers) system instability or even data corruption is possible, so it's better to avoid such issues.
I'd recommend to check and try to replace the data cable - and then verify if the error-counter will keep increasing. It is not cleared automatically (as the hard disk does not "know" that the error is fixed by a replaced cable) but if there will be no further errors, you can clear the counter in Hard Disk Sentinel (as described on the above mentioned page) so then the software will only report possible further issues.
The
