Hi,
Can you explain in more detail how the registration and activation process works? Some specific concerns I have...
1. Is the registration/activation tied to the computer/hard drive?
2. What happens if I rebuild my computer?
Thanks.

Re: Registration and Activation
Hi,
The registration and activation is tied to the first hard drive (system drive) in the computer.
If you rebuild your system and do a complete reinstall, you can re-activate Hard Disk Sentinel (as many times as you want) if that drive is not changed. Adding/changing other components to the system do not cause issues with registration.
If you change your system drive or move to a new system, you can take your license to the new system if you previously remove it from the old computer.
If you plan to rebuild, the best way is to use Configuration -> Update -> Backup Configuration function. This saves all current settings, statistics, registration details of Hard Disk Sentinel to a single file and (after rebuild) you only need to use the Restore Configuration function to get all details back.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or I can help.
