freezes when "send report" is clicked

HDS lets you type everything in the comments and when you hit send report. it freezes the computer after about 20 seconds of hour glass.
Windows XP SP3
Silicon Image 3114 in a RAID 1 configuration.

Hi John,

Please try an alternative way: open Configuration window and select Send Test Report page.
Enable the "safe mode (disable hardware detection)" checkbox and then use the Create Test Report button.
Then you may either save the report (to send manually to info (at) hdsentinel (dot) com ) or send it immediately from the software.

The report would help to diagnose the system and prevent freezing.
