Installed HD Sentinel 3.10 on Windows 7 but now my external HD says is unformated and looks like it has a RAW partition, uninstalled and that didn't fix the problem and now the windows explorer HD icons are like broken or gone !

The power saving function of some external drives are not really correct and upon access of them after a longer idle period (not only by HD Sentinel but by Windows or other software) they may not properly spin up again and Windows disconnects them from the system. Then the drive letter remain visible but the file system cannot be read or written (seems as not accessible, not readable or RAW) until the user disconnects and connects the drive again.
This happens more frequently on 2.5" USB drives which are connected by only a single USB cable (not an Y one which uses 2 USB slots) because it cannot provide enough power for the drive to spin up and work as should.

Upon normal close or uninstall of the software the drive icons are automatically restored. If this did not happen, please use "Start" (Windows) button, type REGEDIT (enter) to the search bar and allow it to be started.
Please locate HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\explorer.exe and delete the "Drives" sub-key (be careful when editing the registry and to delete the proper sub-key).

You can also work on raw partition via device management, is it not?

There is no way that your question is helpful in a topic that concluded almost 3 years ago about a very old version of HDS.

Please desist from your annoying habit of resurrecting old topics for the sole purpose of increasing your post count.
You are also causing topic notification emails to clutter the in-boxes of those who sought help and those who provided help.
