Last night I realized that my harddisk health status dropped down from %100 to %99.
There is any bad sectors in spare area.

I do not see any problems with the hard disk.
Did you modify the "Health calculation method" on Configuration -> Advanced options?
If so, please set it back to "Analyse data field (default)" and soon the health should be 100% again.

Please use Report -> Send test report to developer option. Copy/paste the partial report does not really help as it may not contain the required information, for example the current setting of "Health calculation method".

Also I tested all surface on the drive by the Hard Disk Sentinel. The result is no bad or damaged sectors.

According the S.M.A.R.T. details, the "187 Reported Uncorrectable Errors" caused the 1% drop in the health.
This is not a critical attribute, this is why it has only minimal impact on the hard disk health status. Sometimes data/power cables or connections cause such increase of these errors, so you may check or replace them to prevent further increasing of this counter.

If you prefer to clear the error-counter and thus restore the health to 100%, please locate the "187 Reported Uncorrectable Errors" attribute and under the "Offset" column, click on 0. In the small window, enter -118 (the decimal value of the current counter, 76). Soon the error should re-set to zero and the health should increase back to 100% and then Hard Disk Sentinel will only report if problems will occur again.

Absolutely not on this model as the high numbers on Seagate drives do not indicate problems.
