Is there a chance that HDS will support this old "WarpDrive server accelerator"? As far as I know, it is based on the LSI SAS2008 RAID controller, but HDS 6.10 does not recognize it. To view the SMART status of the SSDs included in the device, the command line utility ddcli is used, but this is not a user-friendly interface.

I suggest to please check the latest possible version (now 6.20.7):

as generally newer versions always have updates, added/improved support for RAID controllers / special devices.
For example since your version, an other similar accelarator (FUSION-IO) support added, so an update for WarpDrive will be probably possible too.
Please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option with this latest version as then it is possible to check the "raw" response of the device now and examine the possibilities. If there is chance, then probably it will be added soon
