is that normal for my SSD I only use it for windows only I am not use SSD on gaming or something
it keep drops fast without nonreason then settle down on that (drop 1% every 13-14 days)
at first I was play rivals and Elden ring on it but I stop doing that and transfer the games on the HDD and let the SSD for windows only

Yes, I'm afraid writes constantly reduce the Health % of the SSDs.
Not sure about the amount of RAM you have. Maybe during the game, Windows needs to swap and heavy use of the swapfile can cause lots of wear.

I have 16 GB ram and swapfile size is less than 300 MB
