doubt USB HDD in frontal PC

For 2.5" HDD, if my enclosure case is USB 3.0, do I need to buy a dual USB cable or can a USB 3.0 cable provide good power to the HDD via the PC's front USB 3.0 port?

Front USB 3.0 ports can cause such problems very often.
It is recommended to connect to REAR USB 3.0 ports (which are directly on the motherboard).

For me the rear ports would be interesting if I use a USB 3.0 extension cable as it is uncomfortable on the back
