System Idle Time

Post by evvivame »

Hi,
The filed "System Idle Time",managed from HDSentinel Enterprise, is useful to know if it's possible a connection to a remote terminal without disturbing the user.

I have 5 PC (same hw and sw almost equal) : ON 3 PC the value of the "System Idle Time" is true;
on the others two the "System Idle Time" is uqual to "System Uptime"

ps. this since a few months ago

Some suggestion?
Thank
Luciano

Do you use Hard Disk Sentinel in SERVICE mode?
In SERVICE mode (as the software runs in the context of the system account, not the current user account) this is completely normal and expected: the system idle time is same as the system uptime.

If you see similar in normal application (not service) mode, please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, it may help to check.
