i am looking to see if there is a possible compatibility issue with this particular server M.2 drive (Model: MTFDDAV480TGA-1BC16A). as per the attached images, i am receiving a predictive failure notification based on the specific S.M.A.R.T. attribute #232 - Remaining Life. it also states a higher temperature but i am not sure if this is a correct reading.
Looking at the compatibility list it states 'Micron SSD - compatible' but am unsure if this M.2 would fall under that. i have also reached out to Lenovo and they determine the drive to be fine based on the XCC Lenovo diagnostics and debug logs.
Thanks,
G
possible compatibility issue?

Re: possible compatibility issue?
I do not see the software version, as it is not captured on the screenshots.
Probably you use an older version of Hard Disk Sentinel which may not yet support this model/firmware combination. The latest version has several changes specifically for these Micron SSDs with Lenovo firmware, please see the list of updates:
https://www.hdsentinel.com/revision.php
"advanced health % reporting of Micron SSDs with Lenovo firmware"
So I'd suggest to use the latest version 6.20
Also I suggest to use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option instead of the screenshots.
This would confirm if things are working correctly - or helps if there is any further change / modification required specifically for this model/firmware.

Re: possible compatibility issue?
this is the current version 6.20.
this is an M.2 nVME so it is different than a standard SSD. i suspect it is just a compatibility issue.

Re: possible compatibility issue?
According the image, no, it is not an NVMe SSD: the S.M.A.R.T. page of NVMe SSDs are completely different.
Without seeing the complete details (model ID, firmware version, "raw" detected details, possible disk controller / driver which may also cause compatibility issue etc.) hard to say anything for sure. These are missing from the images as they do not contain the details. So I can repeat what I wrote:
