Is my new HDDs going to fail soon?

I have two Western Digital hard drive that I bought from different seller and it is different type too, it's WD40EZAZ (SMR) which is I bought around 8 months ago from overseas(Amazon) and the other one I bought online from local distributor is WD40EZAX (CMR) which is just 3 days old, they are both brand new. And both passed in Short, Extended Self Test, and Read/Write Test before I use them. But I am wondering why they have almost the same Spin Up time value that none of my Seagate hard drive had since 7 years ago up until now. That is why i'm so worried about it. To be short: NOT, the drive will probably work without problems.

In addition to the 100% Health displayed and the text description explains that no problems found, these tests confirmed that the drive is working without problems.

The Spin Up Time you marked is completely normal and expected (this is why it is displayed with green mark), confirms that the drive could spin up properly. No need to worry - as it is absolutely in the perfect range. To be honest, I do not really understand why you worry about it?

If there would be any problem with this (or any other) attribute, then it would be displayed with red symbol. Then the Health % and the text description would surely mention an issue.

If you use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, it is possible to check its complete status and advise, but according the images, everything is perfect.

Maybe I was just shock, because this is the first time I bought a Western Digital HDDs. And I saw spin-up time value on my new WD HDDs which all my Seagate HDD does not have but they survived for 7 years until now. Like this one:

but it is newer one but they are same have 0 spin-up time. Then I'm starting to wonder if what is the right one. Because if Spin-up time is related to motor and bearing problem I wonder why my Seagate HDDs is alive since 7 years ago up to now if a Spin-up time value of 2550 or something is good, how about the zero ones, was it just a bug or they just don't display it? So I start thinking maybe my new WD HDDs will not survive for a long time. But since you said it was good, then I'm glad. Thank you very much for your time answering all of my questions.

Different manufacturers use the S.M.A.R.T. attributes differently and these values may report different kind of information.
For some Seagate drives yes, it can be 0 - and for your WD drives, it can be usually between 2000-3000. But none of them are better or worse than the other.

Comparing an attribute of a drive with the same attribute of a different drive from a different manufacturer can be misleading and can cause false assumptions.
This is true for other attributes too, not only for this one.

Generally this is why the development of Hard Disk Sentinel started: to detect and interpret the attributes, their meaning and show the result in the form of the Health % and the text description on the Overview page. So (while possible) usually no need to manually inspect all attributes.
