can't run hdsentinelarm v0.20 on Thecus NAS anymore :-(

I successfully used hdsentinelarm v0.18c and 0.19c on a Thecus NAS 7710 and 7700 Pro etc. (Thecus Debian OS)
Now I wanted to update to v0.20, but I can't run this version: "cannot execute binary file"

What´s wrong with this new version or what has changed

Sorry, but probably you try a wrong version.

HDSentinelarm - is the ARM version.
But according the Thecus tutorial

you'd need the x64 version of Hard Disk Sentinel Linux instead, not the ARM version (which is for ARM CPUs).
