Hi
I have 2 Toshiba MG9 and I would like to read the power on time and the estimated remaining lifetime of my second new Toshiba MG9 drive but it shows a unknown value. do you know why ?
The first Toshiba MG9 drive shows the power on time and the estimated remaining lifetime as it should.

The drive is probably "too new" and its internal power on time counter is still zero.
For some models, this value is not displayed as "0 hours" as it may be not valid.
As soon as the power on time counter starts increasing (eg. after one hour), the power on time and the estimated remaining lifetime values should both appear.
If not, I suggest to use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, as then it is possible to check the complete status of the drive.
