Does SmartMI support harddrives when SmartMI is installed into the system? I've already tried CrystalDiskInfo, it didn't work, and asked the creator. he said he won't support any type of RAIDs (including SmartMI).
wanted to check my harddrive but don't wanna go to the hassle of uninstalling the driver and having my computer crash

Re: SmartMI compability
Do you mean AMD StoreMI ?
If you have the latest version of StoreMI drivers, then yes, it is supported: Hard Disk Sentinel detects and displays the hard disk / SSD status information.
Yes, I know that the other tool ignores RAID support.
In contrast, Hard Disk Sentinel detects and reports disk status in almost all possible RAID configurations: the free (trial/unregistered) version detects and displays the details.
Please check the Support -> Compatibility pages for details:

for disk controllers / RAID controllers where you may noticed that for example
AMD RAID Controller
AMD RAID (NVMe)
AMD StoreMI / RAID (SATA/NVMe)
are supported too. In worst case, after you install a such AMD driver, one or more reboot(s) may be required in order to make things working correctly.
