I am trying to find this option.

Lost Registration Key - Register by email

I thought the option would be on the website because I didn't see it in the program.
Any info. on retrieving a lost key?

Please send an e-mail to info (at) hdsentinel (dot) com and include details which may help to recover the lost registration key.
The best would be to have an order number - but if you can send the name and e-mail address used for the order, hopefully that can be enough to find it.

I'm good, it turns out I used my real name (Christopher) instead of (Chris).
This has been a lifelong issue.

It was my name causing the problem. Christopher instead of Chris.

Thanks! Generally it should be no problem (at least during registration/activation of Hard Disk Sentinel): generally you can use ANY name (your real name, nickname, company name or anything else).
I usually recommend to use real name as it can help to recover possible lost registration code/key, but it is not a strict requirement.
