Hi!
I though that the Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ is fully supported in Hard Disk Sentinel. But now I came to know it's not.
I've noticed earlier that the F1 and F2 are but the F3 appears not to be due to information not being available in the information section at the very bottom. I saw the images posted and it still don't show that information is in the very latest version of HD Sentinel v 3.10.

Sorry, but I can confirm that Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ is (of course) fully supported in Hard Disk Sentinel for many-many years.
Version 3.10 is absolutely not the latest version. If you check the list of updates of VERY old versions
( https://www.hdsentinel.com/rev_previous_versions.php )
you may notice that version 3.10 released 10 years ago (!) (in February 2010).
I'd recommend to please update to newer version if you still use it, for example to the latest 5.61:

If you encounter any problem, issue or have a question about this particular hard disk drive (or any other), please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option with the latest version, so then I can check and advise.
If the status information is missing/incomplete, then it may be more related to the current configuration: a chipset driver, external enclosure/adapter/dock (if used). From the mentioned developer-report, I can check and help to improve the situation.
