Bought a licence for the Portable version, but have question

(Sorry for the title, which is weirdly written.)

I bought as second licence for a portable version.

I put the files on a USB drive, but I would like to know whether I can freely move the "hdsentinel_pro_portable" folder from one pendrive to another, or on a computer.

How does the licence checking system work?

Generally the license of the Pro Portable version is associated with the pendrive where you have extracted the software and use it.
Yes, if required, you can backup the entire folder and you can save it to other pendrive if required, for example if the original pendrive lost, stolen, damaged, failed, etc.

Generally the Pro Portable license can be used to diagnose any number of computers and any number of disk drives - but the license can be used on ONE (1) computer at any given time.

So if you connect the pendrive to a computer, you can launch HDSentinel.exe (under Windows) to check/diagnose/test hard disks/SSDs in that computer. Then you can disconnect and connect to an other computer.

So at any given time, should be launched on one computer only (regardless of possible backup).
