Generally the text description in Hard Disk Sentinel software displays: these are communication problems, usually related to cables/connections.
These may cause slower performance - or in worst case data corruption / data loss.

Please check the page (which also displayed) for details:

https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_ca ... _error.php

which describes the situation: what are these errors, how they created and what are the recommended solutions: to check the cables/connections
and then reset the error counter.

If you use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, I can check the actual situation and advise.

My motherboard is SATA2 and SSD is SATA3
but the cable is SATA2

I'm afraid it can still cause troubles and communication errors when used with a newer SSD.
It depends on lots of factors, the motherboard chipset (and its installed drivers) the SSD model/type, the cable itself and the physical connector. Some SATA II cables simply do not fit correctly, do not provide good, correct connection.

So I'd recommend to try a different cable, just to verify if the error counter will increase or not. Previous errors will be still displayed (as the SSD does not "know" if the cable replaced) but then, if no new errors reported, you can acknowledge the previous problems and clear them (as described on the suggested link) to be notified about possible new issues only.
