Hi,
So , two general questions about the software.
1) my SSD power on time is 1637 days, which is almost 4.5 years, but it was purchased at the start of 2015, so it's off by about 270 days, is it normal? or it suppose to be accurate?
2) I've got 5 more regular Hard drives, which range between 2300 days to 3000 days power on time, so at the minimum, 6 years.... all of them get excellent 100% health and performance result (the SSD actually get's 99% health...), but I read online that expected lifespan of an HDD is 4 years, should I go by the program an not worry or it's better to start replacing them ?
is there any other factor other then performance and health that I should look for ?
Thank you.

Re: hard disk power on time and lifespan
1) There may be some factors (power management, sudden power loss, firmware updates) which may affect the power on time of the device. But these usually cause that the power on time is lower than expected, personally never saw SSD where the reported power on time is higher.
I'd recommend to check the reported power on time for some time: write down the actual value and after 3-4 hours of use (no need intensive disk usage, just do not allow the system to power down/sleep) watch the new value. If the counter increased with same amount of time then yes, it should be accurate.
If you prefer, you may use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option (even multiple times: before/after such 3-4 hours). This way I can also check how the power on time counter of the SSD changes and verify if it's working correctly.
2) I'd recommend to check the Estimated Remaining Lifetime which calculated based on the actual health and total power on time of the hard disk or SSD, considering the designed lifetime and so.
This does not mean that the hard disk / SSD will surely fail in XX days, but can give a suggestion about when it may be better to plan (or at least consider) replacement, especially in mission-critical environments. SSDs with high health and hard disks (especially if they're perfect 100% in their lifetime until that point) may work for long time, sometimes even for years after the end of designed lifetime, but it is important to know that then unforeseen "sudden" failure are more common.
But this depends on how the drive used for years, for example power source, cables, connection, temperature/cooling, etc.

Re: hard disk power on time and lifespan
Thanks for the reply.
1) checked as you suggested, seems fine, but I literally have the order confirmation from amazon when I purchased it on the end of Dec-2014.
2) All of the hard disks says "more than 100 days" , I wouldn't say the drives were used hard (not a lot of read/write...) but they did work non-stop... I'm not turning off my PC ever, not even sleep mode/hibernate.
my power supply was always best quality, connection I believe good as well , cooling probably average.
I did just notice the following note in one of them, although the performance and health is on 100%:
Problems occurred between the communication of the disk and the host 18321 times.
In case of sudden system crash, reboot, blue-screen-of-death, inaccessible file(s)/folder(s), it is recommended to verify data and power cables, connections - and if possible try different cables to prevent further problems.

Excellent, this is why they remain at 100% health after long time use (even long time after the end of designed lifetime).
Please check the link displayed in the text description: this gives information about the communication issues, how to diagnose and improve the situation (if required) and avoid such issues in the future.
The hard disk drive counts all problems ever occured in the lifetime, so it is possible that such problems happened long time ago.
Now the important is to make sure that there should be no new problems / issues, so the counter should not increase further.
Then by Hard Disk Sentinel, you can clear the error counter as described on this page:
https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_ca ... _error.php
