Dears,
I would like to recommend HD Sentinel for our client, but I’ve got the following problem - I’ve installed trial version to check the compatibility and
on DELL PERC 6/i, 4 disks in RAID-10, HD Sentinel seems to read only the first level of the array (sees 2, double-sized disks, instead of 4).
Is this software able to read all the disks in RAID-10 arrays? And if so, how can I force it to read all the disks correctly?
Thanks in advance for your help and regards,
Maciek

Re: DELL PERC 6/i RAID-10 – problem with reading all the disks
Hi Maciek,
Please use Report menu Send test report to developer option.
This way I can examine the current situation and check if things can be improved to show all disks.
Thanks!

May I ask where exactly can I see this option?

In Hard Disk Sentinel main window, you can see the main menu "File ... Disk ... View ... REPORT" and from this menu you can use Send Test Report to Developer
