Sound alerts
In the sound alert tab, whether I choose the Siren or the Notify the sound played when testing is just two pips?

Please unselect the "Use PC Speaker" option.
If that option enabled, then only the PC Speaker used for audible alert with such "beeps", instead of playing the sound alert file itself.
That option designed for computers where there is no speaker connected to the motherboard/sound card and only the PC speaker (the internal speaker/buzzer) is available to make audible alerts.
