Re: How to eliminate the +/- sign after reallocating bad sec
I'm afraid it is not possible to eliminate.
The +/- sign exactly designed to show that S.M.A.R.T. offset(s) are configured in order to correct one or more error counter(s) on the S.M.A.R.T. page.

The offset can be used to acknowledge the reported problems: to prevent them from displaying.
This way Hard Disk Sentinel only shows new problems (if there is any), without displaying issues related to the past, which are already fixed and should be no longer counted/displayed.
No, of course the offsets (and bad sectors in general) does not affect the available free space and the amount of usable sectors.
When the original bad sectors read/written, these reads/writes automatically redirected to a spare area (otherwise unaccessible).
So even increasing bad sectors do not affect the amount of free space.
If you did not perform the tests in Hard Disk Sentinel to reveal and stabilize problems first, then yes, it is completely normal and expected that new and new bad sectors appear and the health is decreasing.
The proper way is to perform tests to reveal and fix problems BEFORE using the offsets: to reveal issues, detect all possible bad sectors (and other issues), then apply the repair tests and just use the offsets AFTER these, to ensure that the problems should be no longer displayed.
For more information about disk repair in general:
http://www.hdsentinel.com/faq_repair_ha ... _drive.php
This page shows the proper way: to perform tests - and then, only these confirmed that the status is stable, the offset can be used to restore the health and be notified about possible new problems only.
You may use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, so I can check the actual status and advise.
